- Reports are AI-generated estimations and are not a substitute for clinical genetic testing.
- No medical, health, or diagnostic claims are made by this service.
- Results may vary and should be interpreted as cultural heritage exploration, not scientific fact.
💳 3. Payments & Pricing
Certain features of the Service require payment. By purchasing, you agree to the following:
- All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider.
- You authorize us to charge the payment method provided at the time of purchase.
- Credits and purchased features are non-transferable between accounts.
🚫 4. Refund Policy
Our refund policy varies depending on the product purchased:
- Standard purchases: You may request a refund within 7 days if you have not accessed or generated any report.
- Digital reports already generated: No refunds once a DNA analysis report has been generated and delivered.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Discounted & promotional products are NON-REFUNDABLE. Any product purchased at a discounted rate, during a promotional event, or with a coupon code is final sale. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for discounted items under any circumstances.
👤 5. User Accounts & Data
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate personal information (name, phone, email, date of birth) during registration.
- You consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Uploaded photos and biometric data are used solely for generating your ancestry report.
- You may delete your account and associated data at any time from your Settings page.
🔗 6. Referral Program
- Users may share referral links to invite others. Referrals are tracked by unique referral codes.
- No monetary commission is paid for standard user referrals.
- Vendor referral commissions are governed by separate vendor agreements.
- Abuse of the referral system (self-referrals, fake accounts) may result in account suspension.
🌍 7. DNA Pool
- Joining the DNA Pool is optional and requires explicit consent.
- Only your name and ancestry civilizations are shared publicly. Photos and private data are never exposed.
- You may remove yourself from the DNA Pool at any time.
🚨 8. Prohibited Conduct
- Uploading fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate images.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape Service data or algorithms.
- Using the Service for harassment, discrimination, or illegal purposes.
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions or referral programs.
⚖️ 9. Limitation of Liability
DNAORIGINMAP.COM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, inaccurate results, or loss of data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
