By using DNAI's facial DNA analysis service, you consent to the collection and processing of your facial photographs for the sole purpose of generating your personalized ancestry report. Your biometric data is encrypted with AES-256 and stored on secure servers.

2. Confidentiality Guarantee

Your personal data, photographs, and DNA analysis results will NEVER be shared with third parties, sold to advertisers, or used for any purpose other than generating your personal ancestry report. All data is treated as strictly confidential.

3. Data Retention

Your facial images are processed then permanently deleted from processing servers within 72 hours. Only the anonymized ancestry profile is retained for your account.

4. AI Processing Disclosure

Your photographs will be processed by AI algorithms for ancestry matching. No photographs are stored in AI training datasets. Generated ancestor portraits are artistic interpretations, not verified historical likenesses.

5. Your Legal Rights

You retain full ownership of your data. You may request complete deletion at any time by contacting privacy@dnai.com.

6. Scientific Disclaimer

DNAI's analysis uses facial morphology and regional phenotype databases for ancestry estimation. Results are probabilistic estimates for entertainment and educational purposes.
